Job summary

Sky Dine Colorado, LLC. is seeking a bold Food and Beverage General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee operations, manage budgets, and champion high standards in service and quality.

You will hire and train staff, ensure smooth day-to-day performance, and promote the brand through exceptional leadership and hands-on involvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in restaurant industry.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial goals.
• Computer and restaurant management software literacy.
• Serve Safe Manager Certification; a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Hire, train, and manage staff for high performance and morale.
• Deliver superior service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise performance and provide feedback to keep team upbeat and productive.
• Track compliance with rules and regulations.
