Qualifications

• A passion for service and guest satisfaction.
• Interest in training future F&B leaders.
• Extensive knowledge of F&B operations.

• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required; brand/property experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and guest experiences.
• Oversee training of all F&B staff.
• Monitor morale and motivation of F&B team.
• Keep costs for food, liquor, wine in line with budget.
• Oversee service, cooking, clearing, serving, and room service per standards.
• Assist with weekly forecasts and scheduling.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.
