Job summary

The Wicked Tuna in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to deliver an outstanding guest drinking experience. You will prepare classic and innovative drinks, interact with patrons, and ensure orders follow drink specifications while promoting upsells and full-service dining.

You should have proven bartender experience, strong mixing and garnishing skills, and good communication. Knowledge of a second language is a plus, and there are full-time insurance and benefits for

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of computer systems for POS and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, upsell, provide full service dining, and follow drink specifications.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
