Job summary

The Wisconsin Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to ensure an excellent guest drinking experience. Ideal candidates should create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ expectations. Responsibilities include serving drinks, assessing customer needs, and complying with beverage regulations.

This seasonal position offers opportunities to transition through winter, with possible food service roles. Candidates should have proven bartending experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a server/bartender.
• Ability to keep the work area organized, stocked, and clean.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Present bar menu and any specials.
• Check customers’ identification to meet legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Banquet and Restaurant locations throughout the club. Seasonal but opportunity to stay on through winter. Possible food service also.
