Job summary

Terratron is seeking a Full Time Restaurant Supervisor at Saints on Second Bar & Grill – Courtyard by Marriott Rochester. The role offers $20-22/hour plus tips, with occasional tip opportunities. A sign-on bonus of $300 after 90 days in good standing is also available.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead associates, monitor service flow, ensure guest satisfaction, support inventory and scheduling, and uphold food safety standards across dining, bar, and service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, self-motivated and responsible with time management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must multitask, stay organized and adapt to business needs.
• Knowledge of preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Cash handling or POS skills may be required.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and nights.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Set up work areas and prepare food and beverage items per brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, kitchen, and service areas.
• Replenish items during shifts and manage service flow.
• Follow safety, alcohol service, chemical handling, and workplace guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of brand food and beverage selections.
• Ask for proof of age when serving alcohol as applicable.
• Process payments or assist with cash handling.
• Communicate guest needs and service concerns to leadership.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and side work.
• Adhere to company policies and property-specific expectations.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform as assigned.
• Understand and follow safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Support a culturally diverse workplace and compliance with laws.
• Assist in other departments as business needs require.
