Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a part-time Restaurant + Bar Marketing Manager for a remote, 6-month contract to support a portfolio of restaurant concepts. You will act as the marketing advisor, shape digital plans across channels, and collaborate with operators and regional teams to drive awareness, guest engagement, reservations, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing for hospitality/restaurants is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing advisor for a portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts.
• Evaluate performance and market conditions to recommend strategies.
• Develop and oversee digital marketing plans across channels (website, email, paid media, social, listings).
• Manage day-to-day communications among stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
• Monitor monthly reports and optimize actions.
• Analyze campaigns to improve guest acquisition and revenue.
• Identify paid media opportunities aligned with goals and budget.
• Research and implement digital marketing initiatives with regional teams.
• Communicate strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency and strong digital presence.
• Audit underperforming concepts and propose improvements.
• Project manage website enhancements and evolving marketing needs.
