Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Associate Manager to help run day-to-day front-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional hospitality under supervision of exempt Management.

As a Brand ambassador, you will uphold our standards and craft memorable experiences for Guests, while supporting training and daily operations. This role offers opportunities for growth and a collaborative, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Support management in delivering hospitality and guest experiences.
• Lead and train team members to uphold standards.
• Help manage shift scheduling, and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Restaurant Associate Manager Compensation Range: 21.15 - 26.75

Our Restaurant hourly Associate Manager is a true embodiment of unbridled hospitality, responsible for helping to ensure seamless day-to-day front of house operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence under the supervision of exempt Management. As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests. Our hourly associate manager fosters a culture that continuously strives for improvement and embraces a better for being here mentality.

To qualify for this role a great candidate has:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)

• Strong communication and training skills

• Reliable transportation

• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law

• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Preferred

• 2 years of restaurant experience

• Knowledgeable of local and State health codes

• Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process

• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules

• Proven results in leading positive guests’ experiences
