Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; able to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.

Responsibilities

• The role partners with the Restaurant Managing Partner for day‑to‑day operations and upholds company standards.
• Acts as a Brand ambassador and second in charge to ensure guest and team satisfaction.
• Manages cost centers and supports continuous improvement and hospitality excellence.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
