Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager in Iowa to partner with the Managing Partner for seamless daily operations and to champion a culture of hospitality. You will lead a team, manage costs, and ensure top-tier guest experiences in a high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; can motivate and develop a dedicated team.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as state/local law.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strides for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
