Red Robin in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations across shifts, upholding our hospitality standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

The role offers a compensation range of 57,785 to 61,000 and an uncapped bonus program, plus referral bonuses, meals, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of management experience, 21+ years old, strong communication, P&L knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications

The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations throughout their shifts, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
