As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests. Our hourly associate manager fosters a culture that continuously strives for improvement and embraces a better for being here mentality.

To qualify for this role a great candidate has:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and training skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Preferred

• 2 years of restaurant experience
• Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
• Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
• Proven results in leading positive guests' experiences
