Job summary

Landed in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Associate General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, lead and direct the team, and ensure food quality and guest experience meet Landed’s standards.

You will train staff, coach performance, enforce policies, run opening/closing procedures, manage safety and costs, rollout new menu items and limited-time offers, and partner with managers to deliver outstanding hospitality each shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 3 years cooking in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team motivation.
• Culinary development and interest.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service oriented and solution oriented.
• Able to delegate multiple tasks.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Flexible schedule; nights and weekends.
• Ongoing Food Safety Manager certification.
