San-Tex.47 Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is seeking energetic, friendly individuals for an entry-level, hourly management position. You will be cross-trained in all restaurant skill positions and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage and menu planning.

You will work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one-year in-store management certification program designed to teach management skills and how to run a busy operation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in the food service industry; preference for management in a high-volume restaurant with a diversified menu.
• Education and training: high school diploma; college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in all restaurant skill positions and learn operational tasks.
• Learn ordering, receiving, storage and menu planning.
• Complete a one-year in-store management certification program.
