Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Collaborate with the GM to plan actions to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and ordering for efficiency.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing plans and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement actions to address employee needs and operational assessments.
