This role supports the General Manager, monitors costs, drives guest metrics, and ensures HACCP compliance. A high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience are required; must be flexible for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Experience in scheduling and cost control practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put people and restaurant first.

• Lead team huddles and provide coaching.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Develop shift supervisors for next level.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure clean, welcoming restaurant and product quality.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and plan actions.
• Check daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to optimize orders and costs.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling; onboard new hires.
