Job summary

Burger King in Monticello, Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Supervisory team member to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach, train, and motivate staff, ensuring quality standards, safety, and efficiency across shifts.

Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, cost controls, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment while supporting the General Manager in achieving targets and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members is essential.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Adjust staffing and production planning as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new hires.
• Implement actions for employee needs and operational assessments.
