Toppers Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. You will mentor and train staff through the Management-in-Training program and earn pay raises at each level.

The position emphasizes leadership by example and upholding the company mission and core values. Successful candidates will support guest satisfaction, manage the Crown Academy LMS training, and use the in-house POS for operations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or similar role preferred.
• Ability to oversee store operations 40 hours per week.
• Background check must be successfully completed.
• Competitive base pay listed: $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with GM.
• Direct and supervise hourly team members to achieve sales and quality standards.
• Utilize Crown Academy LMS and resources for training and development.
• Operate in-house POS to record sales, monitor costs, and analyze performance.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies, labor laws, and safety procedures.
