About the Role

Toppers Pizza has a new opportunity for you to join one of the leaders in the better‑pizza delivery market. We are looking for several Managers‑In‑Training (MITS) to join our team! You will assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of your restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction. One of the most critical opportunities is to develop, direct, and supervise your team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation—while being groomed to become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store. At least that is our goal for you: to become a General Manager of a store.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, Topper Pizza, Papa Murphy’s, Chick‑Fil‑A, Dominos, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby’s, Panera Bread.
• Restaurant Assistant Manager / Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager positions are generally offered as full‑time or part‑time restaurant jobs.
