Job summary

Burger King is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a fast-paced team at our Roseville location. You will coach team members, ensure service quality, and balance guest experience with restaurant goals.

The role requires at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across shifts. Join our team to develop leadership capabilities, deliver memorable guest experiences, and contribute to efficient operations in a busy restaurant

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement actions to address staff needs and operational assessments.
