You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize floor coverage, and drive sales while maintaining quality and compliance with standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor or management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ members in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to drive operations, safety, and guest service.

Responsibilities
