Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a team and foster a positive guest experience. You will lead by example, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and coach staff to perform at their best.

You will work with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and financial results while utilizing AES systems and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers full- and part-time shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain certification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Hire, train & coach team members.
• Use AES Systems to run restaurant each shift.
• Implement controls for cash and inventory.
• Set and meet goals for service, operations and financial results.
