Carrols LLC is hiring a Burger King Assistant Manager in Findlay, Ohio to partner with the RGM, drive operations, and grow a high-performing team. You’ll coach Team Members, maintain cleanliness and safety, and push for sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and balancing people development with operational discipline to deliver strong business results.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards and enabling improvements.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control.
