Job summary

TACO BELL franchisee HAZA BELL is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in running daily operations, maintaining food safety, and delivering friendly service.

You will lead shifts, train crew and shift leads, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure standards across cleanliness, hospitality, and cash handling. This role offers growth at a high-volume location in Coal Township, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to train and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the RGM, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards
• Coach and develop crew members and shift leads; assist in scheduling
• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries or complaints
• Monitor inventory and costs; analyze sales reports to identify improvement opportunities
