Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant/food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, sanitation standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Lead and develop crew members and shift managers to maintain performance and a positive work environment.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet customer service and operational needs; manage labor costs.
• Drive exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen, service, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
