Job summary

Subway Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff supervision. You will assist in planning events, ordering, and training to ensure successful promotions and operations.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, and basic computer/POS knowledge. Full-time and part-time shifts vary by location, with compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4–12, assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating training for events.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Maintain guest experience and restaurant standards.
