Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and attractive.
• Control inventory and supplies.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Be a team player.
• Manage a staff of 4–12, assign and evaluate work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate needed training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
