Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer/POS knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Manage a staff of 4-12, including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, coordinating needed training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness and security.
