Burger King Assistant Manager in Roanoke, VA is looking for a hands-on leader to drive restaurant performance and mentor Team Members and Shift Coordinators. You will partner with the RGM to deliver guest satisfaction, strong financial results, and operational excellence.

As an AM, you’ll lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. This role emphasizes people development balanced with operational discipline and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
