Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards and removing roadblocks to smooth service.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders/assets, and ensuring cash control & security.
