Qualifications

• Passion for developing others and building strong teams
• Restaurant leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
• Food Handler Certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexible availability to meet restaurant needs

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager
• Coach, develop, and support shift leaders and team members
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success
