Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee in the Phoenix area, is hiring an Assistant Manager who can lead a team and keep operations running smoothly. You will help guide staff, ensure service excellence, and support daily store tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience running a team, preferably in food service.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and coachable with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the team to run daily operations.
• Provide best-in-class customer service while preparing sandwiches.
• Train team members and run shifts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist in recruiting efforts and do shift scheduling.
