Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Garfield Heights, OH. The RAM will assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing shift duties, ensuring food safety, and handling administrative tasks in the RM's absence. A strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and collaborative teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and housekeeping duties.
• Directs team to follow brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, RAM handles administrative duties.
• Guarantees a safe environment and follows safety codes.
• Completes incident reports.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
