This role requires a self-motivated, team-driven leader who can train and supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage costs, and uphold health and safety standards.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of assistant manager experience in a high-volume food service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a friendly, family environment in the restaurant.
