Jack in the Box in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant Manager, guiding staff and ensuring guests receive excellent service.

You will train, develop and recognize top performers, maintain food quality and safety, and model professionalism on a fast-paced shift. The role requires strong English communication, a flexible schedule, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Manage restaurant operations with P&L responsibility
• Train, develop and recognize the best people
• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Serve as a strong role model for other employees
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
• 3+ years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Able to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
• Valid driver; license and reliable transportation
