AES Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience. You’ll partner with the General Manager to set tone, uphold safety standards, and guide daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Your role focuses on coaching staff, ensuring service excellence, managing cash and inventory controls, and driving revenue and cost goals through strong leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding a restaurant team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Ability to hire, train and coach staff effectively.
• Knowledge of P&L management and restaurant controls.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run the restaurant effectively each shift.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
