Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers, provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing finances, including sales, expenses, and cost control; analyze reports to identify improvements.
• Manage inventory and supplies to meet operational needs and minimize shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and corporate about updates and performance.
