HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee in Bloomsburg, PA, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in daily operations and staff leadership. This role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and achieving financial goals.

You will oversee shifts, coach team members, manage scheduling, and ensure health and safety compliance while driving guest satisfaction and efficient restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in partnership with the restaurant general manager.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability.
• Supervise and train crew and shift managers.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and labor costs to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
