Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant Manager at 1101 N Susquehanna Trl, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 to support daily operations and drive performance. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure fast, friendly service and high standards of quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities include overseeing shifts, training Team Members, managing inventory and safety, and helping achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; flexible for varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift leads, providing coaching.
• Schedule staffing to meet service levels and manage labor costs.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Prepare and analyze basic financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
