Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences at Hilton Head Island. You will help recruit, train, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders while upholding brand standards and profitability.

You will promote a culture of exceptional service, ensure operations run smoothly, and lead initiatives to keep labor and food costs in check, while maintaining safety and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing a restaurant team.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach crew and shift leaders.
• Commitment to guest service, brand standards and safety.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching and feedback.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Develop team through cross training, deployment and delegation of responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards.
• Drive profitability by controlling labor costs, food costs, and cash handling.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness, and complete required ServSafe training.
