This is a hands-on, hourly, non-exempt role that participates in front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team.

• Previous restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts by directing team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Crew Members and Shift Leads.
• Deliver and model excellent guest service; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
