The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a food/hospitality role, proven leadership, and strong communication. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs while coaching staff in a fast-paced environment; food safety and quality standards must be upheld.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
