Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You will work to uphold standards and lead a team across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
