Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Muskogee, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory, schedule staff, control labor costs, and drive sales while maintaining Food Safety standards. We value leadership, communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
