Taco Bell in Edison, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and staff development. You will ensure food safety, guest satisfaction, and financial targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/assistant management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations with the Restaurant General Manager.
• Team Management and Development: supervise and coach crew and shift managers; schedule staffing.
• Customer Satisfaction: deliver high standards of hospitality and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Financial Management: monitor sales, costs, and profitability; analyze reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: manage inventory, ordering, storage, and rotation.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with staff and HQ on updates and metrics.
