Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during unit operation.
• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction during every visit.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Supervise 15–20 employees per shift.
• Enforce brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally to employees.
• Train staff on POS systems and operations across FOH/BOH.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Work extra shifts to meet store needs.
• Collaborate with store manager on training new systems.
• Enforce company initiatives and policies.
• Meet store cost and operating goals and budgets.
