You should be available to work opening hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on minimizing costs and boosting employee retention while delivering a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented with leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work within opening hours, including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
• Lead and manage front- and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
