Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager for its Austin-area concept. You will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times.

We seek 2+ years in hospitality, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a customer service mindset. Work hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar.
• Familiarity with Aloha/Toast software.
• Strong math and reporting abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality.
• Manage opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
