You will supervise shifts, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership with proven track record in team development and operational excellence.
• Sharp business acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team including Shift Leaders and Crew Members.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a guest-first culture with hospitality, speed of service, and food quality.
• Execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
