Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager by driving sales and guest satisfaction. You will help supervise daily restaurant operations, train Team Members, and ensure procedures are followed in a fast-paced QSR environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
• Flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations, Company policies, procedures and Guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Team Members.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment.
