Job summary

Circle K in Magee, MS is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team in their absence, and uphold brand standards to ensure guests leave satisfied.

You will coach team members, conduct interviews, manage cash and inventory, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Supervise the team in RM's absence
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members
• Ensure guests leave satisfied by delivering excellent service
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food handling practices
• Direct team to follow Brand, Company, and health department standards
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Prepare and process end-of-day reports and counts
• Execute administrative duties when RM is unavailable
• Support with onboarding and training of new staff
• Uphold safety compliance and company values
